A. POPULATION AND DEVELOPMENT INTEGRATION. -To support the government in improving its efforts in achieving consistency of plans, policies, and programs by systematically incorporating population concerns in the wider spectrum of development efforts in municipalities and barangays.

-To create a committee in barangay and municipal level to oversee in the promotion of population development, Family Planning and Responsible Parenthood in the barangays and municipalities and shared problems solutions and on the preservation and protection of environment and natural resources.

B. ADOLESCENT HEALTH AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT -Aims to address the fertility awareness and related needs and problems of the Filipino adolescent.  It also aims to reduce the incidence of early marriages and teen-age pregnancies.

-A socio-educational, non-political, non-profit non-sectarian organization of high school students committed to uphold the rights of the present and future generations to a better life thru active participation of the youth in today’s proper and responsible mgmt of pop’n, resources and environment

-provide youth and community greater awareness, opportunities and access resources in the promotion of a balance population, resources and environment

-Attended by PopDev Club presidents and advisers to formulate Plan of Activities to be implemented within the school year 2006-2007

C. REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND FAMILY PLANNING -Barangay Service Points Officers, mass base volunteers   who help in the implementation of FP and RP

-Organized & trained the BRPMG to advocate for policy support to the RPM in the municipality & Brgys.

- Conduct classes on responsible parenting & natural family planning.  It shall be organized into federations.

- MCRAs are organized to form a class and shall be motivated to practice Natural Family Planning methods

D. MIGRATION AND URBANIZATION -LGUs and agencies concerned are involved in applying data about people’s movement in planning human settlements and development projects so that overcrowding, environment stress and many other socio-economic problems are prevented.

-A participatory action research.  Research because it is a systematic study of a community using a research tools.  Participatory because the purpose is not only knowledge about the community but action to respond to identified needs.

-Barangay and Purok officials organized to monitor population and development trends in their barangay.

E. WOMEN AND GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT -To make GAD an integral part of the way LGUs, gov’t. agencies, GOs, NGOs, and Pos does it works to achieve its goals of Gender equity and Equality.

-To develop the participants’ understanding of gender as a social variables and it’s impact on the status of men and women and aims at initiating the process of personal transformation by allowing the participants to reflect on their personal life experience and on how “gender” operated and manifested in their lives.

-The project aims to organize women in the community to improve their lives and their family through the promotion of Gender and Development, Population, Natural Resources and Environment.

-To initiate projects and activities in their respective community for the upliftment of the status of women and quality of life for the whole family.

-To conduct skills training, RH and FP seminars, Self Enhancement training and others in order to equip women gainful economic opportunities for alternative source of income and help them develop self esteem.
